摘要
目的:评价头孢地嗪治疗儿童感染性疾病的安全性及有效性。方法:采用回顾性分析,对我院2009年儿科应用头孢地嗪的情况进行统计、分析。结果:共入选174例,头孢地嗪对儿童感染性疾病的治愈率达82.18%,症状好转率为13.22%,仅7.47%的患儿出现不良反应,以胃肠道反应为主。头孢地嗪的使用费用占药品总费用的20.69%,日均费用略高于其他第3代头孢菌素。结论:头孢地嗪治疗儿童感染性疾病安全、有效。
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of cefodizime for children＇s infectious disease.METHODS：Using retrospective method,the utilization of cefodizime in pediatric department of our hospital in 2009 was analyzed statistically.RESULTS：174 cases were enrolled.The success rate of treatment was 82.18%,13.22% were improved and 7.47% of patients appeared the adverse drug reactions,mainly gastrointestinal reaction.The cost of cefodizime was 20.69% of total drug cost.The DDC of cefodizime was a little higher than the other third general cephalosporin.CONCLUSION：Cefodizime is safe and effective in the treatment of children＇s infectious diseases.
