669份药品说明书中有关哺乳期妇女用药内容的标注情况调查

Investigation of the Warning Remarks for Lactation Women in 669 Package Inserts

目的:了解药品说明书中有关哺乳期妇女用药内容的标注情况。方法:对某院临床常用的669份西药说明书中关于哺乳期妇女的用药项进行统计、分析。结果:669份药品说明书中,标注哺乳期妇女可用的45份,占6.7%;标注慎用的122份,占18.2%;标注禁用的82份,占12.3%;标注不宜使用的52份,占7.8%;标注暂停哺乳的61份,占9.1%;标注尚不明确的178份,占26.6%;未标注的129份,占19.3%。结论:掌握哺乳期妇女用药信息,可避免临床工作中使用禁用于哺乳期妇女的药物。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the warning remarks for lactation women in package inserts.METHODS：The warning remarks for lactation women in 669 package inserts of western medicines in a hospital were analyzed statistically.RESULTS：Among 669 package inserts,45 package inserts were labeled with being safe for lactation women,accounting for 6.7%;122 package inserts were labeled with cautious for lactation women,accounting for 18.2%;82 package inserts were labeled with forbidden for lactation women,accounting for 12.3%;52 package inserts were labeled with not suitable for lactation women,accounting for 7.8%;61 package inserts were labeled with suspending lactation,accounting for 9.1%;178 package inserts were not labeled with definite demand for lactation women,accounting for 26.6%;129 package inserts were not labeled with any warning remarks for lactation women,accounting for 19.3%.CONCLUSION：We should master drug use of lactation women to avoid using drugs which are forbidden for lactation women.
