摘要
基于苦味酸对KMnO4-乙二醛化学发光体系的抑制作用,建立了苦味酸的流动注射化学发光测定方法;在最佳条件下,方法对苦味酸的检出限为1.0×10-12mol/L,线性范围为1.0×10-11~1.0×10-3mol/L;对1.0×10-7mol/L苦味酸平行测定11次,其RSD为2.5%。该方法可应用于水样中的苦味酸含量的测定。
A sensitive flow injection chemiluminescence(FL-CL) method for the determination of picric acid was developed.The method was based on that picric acid could inhibit the CL reaction of glyoxal and KMnO4 in hydrochloric acid.Under the optimized conditions,picric acid was determined The detection limits of the method are 1×10-12mol/L picric acid,and the linear range for picric acid is 11.0×10-11~1.0×10-3mol/L.The relative standard deviation is 2.5% for 1.0×10-7 mol/L picric acid in 11 repeated measurements.The method was successfully applied to the determination of picric acid in Dangjiang water samples.
