摘要
在表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠SDS存在下,硫化镉能与氧氟沙星借静电引力及疏水作用力结合,形成粒径较大的聚集体。这种聚集体的形成导致硫化镉共振散射RRS强度显著增强,最大散射峰位于365nm。在适当条件下,散射强度△I与氧氟沙星浓度成正比,据此提出了硫化镉-氧氟沙星-SDS体系测定氧氟沙星的新方法。方法的线性范围为4.0×10-3~4.0×10-1μg/mL,检出限为2.0×10-4μg/mL。方法可直接用于胶囊中氧氟沙星含量的测定。
In the presence of sodium dodecyl sulphonate(SDS),the CdS nanoparticles can react with oxfloxacin to form bigger aggregates by electrostatic attraction and hydrophobic force.The aggregates greatly arouse Resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS).The maximum RRS peaks are located at 365nm for this system.The enhancements of scattering(△I) are directly proportional to the concentration of the oxfloxacin.A high sensitive method for the determination of oxfloxacin based on the system of CdS-oxfloxacin-SDS has been developed.The detection limit is 2.0×10-4 μg/mL.The linear range is 4.0×10-3~4.0×10-1μg/mL.This method has been applied to the determination of samples directly with satisfactory results.
