一种简单灵敏的光度法测定环境水样中痕量对苯二酚 被引量:10

A simple and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of hydroquinone in environmental water samples

摘要 在SCN-存在下,控制溶液pH5.0,对苯二酚使Cu(Ⅱ)还原生成的Cu(I)与SCN-反应生成CuSCN沉淀,通过测定溶液中剩余Cu(Ⅱ)的量,可以测定对苯二酚的含量。吸光度与对苯二酚含量之间存在良好线性关系。线性方程:A=4.567+0.9726ρ(μg/mL),线性范围为0.16~4.0μg/mL,相关系数R=0.9997,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.2×105L.mol-1.cm-1,检出限为0.033μg/mL。一定量的邻苯二酚、间苯二酚、苯酚不影响对苯二酚的测定。方法已用于河水、湖水和自来水中对苯二酚的测定。 A novel spectrophotometric method for the determination of hydroquinone was developed.The method was based on the reaction of hydroquinone with Cu(Ⅱ) at pH 5.0 and the reaction product Cu(I) could react with SCN-to form precipitate CuSCN.The amount of hydroquinone can be determined by measuring the amount of residual Cu(Ⅱ).The Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range of 0.10-4.0 μg/mL for hydroquinone with the detection limits of 0.033 μg/mL,while the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.2×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.Catechol and resorcinol didn't interfere with the determination of hydroquinone at a given concentration level.The simple,highly selective and sensitive method has been successfully applied to the determination of hydroquinone in river,lake,tap water samples with satisfactory results.
