聚甲基硅烷的研究进展

摘要 聚甲基硅烷是SiC陶瓷前体的一种,该前体含有大量的活性Si—H键,易于低温固化交联,因此受到了越来越多的关注。本文介绍了聚甲基硅烷主要合成方法,包括Wurtz耦合聚合法、超声合成法、脱氢耦合法和电化学合成法;讨论了聚甲基硅烷的改性方法如热交联改性或化学改性,对改性聚甲基硅烷的性能作了比较,并对今后的研究方向作了展望。 As a kind of precursor polymer of SiC ceramics,polymethylsilane has been paid more and more attention due to the great amount of active Si—H bonds in the polymer backbone,which endows the polymer low temperature curing property.The synthesis techniques,including Wurtz coupling method,dehydrogenation coupling method,ultrasonic coupling method and electrochemical synthesis method,are reviewed.Besides,the modification methods of polymethylsilane,for example heated-crosslink modification and chemical modification,along with the properties of modified polymethylsilane are discussed.In addition,the research direction of polymethylsilane is also presented.
