摘要
散客旅游是旅游业发展的大趋势,散客对景区、酒店、旅行社的评价直接影响到这些旅游企业的服务质量。在衡山国家级重点风景名胜区对散客进行旅游满意度的调查,调查分析散客旅游活动中吃、住、行、游、购、娱的满意度,从而找出衡山景区服务的不足,为景区服务质量的提高提出对应的建议与对策。
Individual tour is the great trend of tourism,and individual tourists' assessment upon scenery areas,hotels and travel agencies has direct influence on the service quality of these tourist business.The article conducts an inquiry on individual tourists satisfaction in Mt.Heng,the national scenery,and makes an analysis of tourists' satisfaction on eating,living,going,visiting,shopping and entertaining during the tour,in order to find the shortages in service as well as to propose relevant suggestions and solutions for the improvement of the service quality in the scenery area.
