摘要
胶乳活性氧产生与清除失衡是导致橡胶树发生死皮的一个重要因素。由于直接用丙酮提取胶乳中的过氧化氢,存在测定结果重复性不好和准确性不高的问题。笔者在加入丙酮前使用不同提取液对胶乳样品进行预处理,在加入丙酮后使用萃取剂,建立了一种适合测定胶乳中过氧化氢的方法,发现胶乳中的过氧化氢主要分布于C-乳清和黄色体组分,为进一步研究橡胶树乳管活性氧代谢打下良好基础。
The imbalance between the production and catabolism of reactive oxygen in latex is closely related to the development of tapping panel dryness of rubber tree. The method used to extract H2O2 in latex is defective with respect to repetitive and accuracy. The present study established a suitable method for determining the H2O2 in the latex by pre-treatment with different solutions, followed by using acetone and extractants. Among the three fractions of latex, H2O2 was mainly present in C-serum and lutoids as determined by the improved method. Results could be used as a basis for the investigation of reactive oxygen metabolism in the laticifer of rubber tree.
