摘要
总结了我国自行研究、设计、制造的首台锻焊结构热壁加氢反应器成功安全运行10年的经验。介绍了该反应器的主要技术参数及技术特点。指出我国加氢反应器研制技术有了很大的进步且实力逐步加强,如制造能力的提高、大型化的进展和反应器性能与质量的提高,以及大型化反应器现场组焊技术的开发成功等。为进一步改善现有Cr-Mo钢对环境强度的适应性而自行研制成功的3Cr-1Mo-1/4V新钢材已在1台新加氢反应器的制造中得到应用。
Ten year experience of successfully running of the first forge welding hot-wall hydrogenation reactor made in China was summarized. Its features and techical parameters were introduced. It was pointed out that China has made peat process in hydrogenation reactor developing, such as manufacturing, large-size and performance and quality of the reactor as well as the successful development of the field-welding for large-size reactors etc. A new type steel 3Cr-1Mo-1/4V developed to improve the adaptability of the existing Cr-Mo steel to ambient condition has been applied in a new hydrogenation reactor.
