介绍了一种优化原料构成挖潜增效的方案。该方案采用多甩油浆多掺炼渣油的方式进行渣油的深度加工,不仅可充分挖掘某炼油厂现有两套重油催化裂化装置的潜力,而且也可优化中压加氢改质装置和乙烯装置原料构成,改善产品结构,取得可观的经济效益。
An option for tapping potentials of RFCCU to increase economic benefits through feedstock optimiza- tion was introduced. By withdrawing more slurry and blending more residue in residue deep processing, not only the potentials of the two existing RFCCU of the refinery can be fully tapped, but also the qualities Of both MHUG and ethylene cracker feedstocks optimized, product distribution improved and significant economic benefits achieved.
