摘要
阐述了微机监控保护的基本原理及功能。探讨了企业变电站采用微机监控及保护的设计方案。分析比较了两种设计方案的配置方式及优缺点。结合工程实例对两种配置方式的经济效益作了定量分析。最后阐明在对企业变配电站采用微机监控及保护时应综合考虑变配电站的电压等级、供电性质、分布情况,选择优化的系统配置。对电压等级在35kV及以上的企业其总变电站直采用集中式或集中和分散相结合的系统配置;而对于企业内6~10kV的装置变电站宜采用分散式的系统配置。
Basic principles and function of microcomputer monitoring and protection in substation of petrochemi- cal enterprises were introduced.The allocation modes, pros and cons of two design options were compared and- lyzed.The economic benefits of the two allocation modes were quantitatively analyzed with a practical engineering ex- ample. It was suggested that, when adopting the microcompter to monitor and to protect in substation, the voltage grade,characteristics of power supply, power distribution etc. should be comprehensively considered and the opti- mized system allocation selected. For the enterprise with a voltage grade higher than 35kV, a central or a central plus dispersed system allocation should be adopted in its master substaion, while for that unit with a voltage grade of 6- 10 kV, the dispersed allocation mode is suitable.
