十二五期间，贵州电网首当其冲的问题为电力供需平衡矛盾。在分析“十一五”贵州电网电力供需形势的基础上。通过电力电量平衡分析，提出了“十二五”期间贵州电网电力供需存在的主要问题和矛盾。最后从调度、电价和市场等多方面对贵州电网“十二五”期间电力电量平衡进行研究，提出解决方案，为保证电网安全稳定运行、缓解电力供需矛盾提供科学、有效的应对策略。

Contradiction about balance between the power supply and demand is a top priority for Guizbeu power grid in ＂ 12th five - year period ＂. Based on the analysis about supply and demand of Guizhou power grid in ＂11 th five - year period ＂, the main existing problems and contradictions of Guizhou power in＂ 12th five - year period ＂ are proposed through analyzing the balance of electric power and electric energy. Finally, the balance of electric power and electric energy for Guizhou power grid in ＂ 12th five -year period＂ is studied from the points of electrical power dispatch, electricity price and market, then some schemes to ensure the safety and stable operation of the power grid are put forward, which can alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand, and provide scientific and effective deal with strategies.
