胆脂瘤上皮基底膜的免疫组化观察 被引量:1

摘要 为了解胆脂瘤上皮的生长方式等生物学特性,观察了胆脂瘤上皮基底膜的形态,并与正常外耳道皮肤作了比较.18例胆脂瘤标本和8例接近鼓膜的正常外耳道皮肤标本,来自18例胆脂瘤型慢性中耳炎患者.取下标本后,冰冻切片,LSAB法免疫组化染色,单克隆抗体为CollagenⅣ和Laminin.二者表达在所有标本的基底膜上,图案相似,均为连续图案,血管壁上也看到二者的表达.本研究提示,胆脂瘤是—种良性病变. The purpose of this study is to investigate the biological behavior of thecholesteatoma. We observed the histological pattern of the basement memberance ofcholesteatoma, and compared with that of the normal external auditory canal skin. 18 specimensof cholesteatoma and 8 specimens of normal external auditory canal skin near tympanic membranewere taked frome 18 patients with cholesteatomatous chronic otitis media. Cryostat section werecut after the samples were removed during operation. Monoclonal antibodies Collagen Ⅳ andLaminin were used in immunohistochemical staining LSAB technique. Collagen Ⅳ and Lamininwere similarly localized in the basement memberance of all samples with a continuously stainingpattern. Collagen Ⅳ and Laminin were also expressed in the wall of blood vessel. The results ofthe this study indicate that cholesteatoma is a benign disease.
