摘要
从鹅卵黄性腹膜炎临床病例中采集样品,分离病原进行一系列生化鉴定,共分离得到7株致鹅卵黄性腹膜炎大肠杆菌,编号为E0238、E0239、E0240、E0453、E0454、E0241、E0245。O血清型鉴定分属于O2、O21、O37、O1、O24、O24、O148。利用16SrDNA扩增试剂盒对随机选取的3株细菌进行PCR扩增,并将PCR产物序列与GenBank中的E.coli16SrDNA进行序列比对,结果显示分离细菌与大肠杆菌的同源性达99%以上。
Samples from dead geese infected with yolk-sac peritonitis were collected from the veterinary stations.Seven bacteria strains were isolated and identified by biochemistry tests,which named as E0238,E0239,E0240,E0453,E0454,E0241 and E0245.The O antigen test results showed that O serotypes of these strains were O2,O21,O37,O1,O24,O24 and O148 respectively.Three random selected strains were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and compared with 16 S rDNA sequence of Escherichina coli(E.coli) from GenBank.The sequence analysis revealed that the homology could exceed 99%,which confirmed the isolated bacteria were E.coli.
