摘要
目的:探讨川芎嗪对急性脊髓损伤后一氧化氮合酶和白细胞介素1β的影响。方法:将60只Wistar大鼠运用Allen法制备急性脊髓损伤模型,并随机分为川芎嗪组(30只)和损伤组(30只),在造模前后分别给与川芎嗪注射液和生理盐水治疗;用ALISA法检测术后8h、1d、3d、7d、14d各个时间点脊髓受损部位的NOS和IL-1β表达情况。结果:与损伤组比较,川芎嗪组的IL-1β活性在术后8h、1d、3d、3d、7d、14d均明显降低(P<0.05)。与损伤组比较,川芎嗪组的NOS活性在术后8h、1d差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3d、7d、14dNOS活性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),均明显降低。结论:川芎嗪能明显抑制脊髓损伤后受损脊髓IL-1β、NOS的表达。
Objective:To explore the effect of Tetramethylpyrazine injection on expression of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and I rleukin-1β(IL-1β) after acute spinal cord injuries in rats.Methods:Sixty Wistar rats were established models of acute spinal cord injury by A1len's method.They were randomly divided into Tetramethylpyrazine remedy group and orthopedic group,30 cases in each group.And they were received Tetramethylpyrazine injections and physiological saline treatments respectively.The expression of NOS and IL-1β were examined by ALISA methods in the injured spinal cords at the point of 8h,1d,3d,7d,and 14d after surgery.Results:The expression of IL-1β in the rats of Tetramethylpyrazine remedy group was obviously lower than orthopedic group at the point of 8h,1d,3d,7d,and 14d after the surgery(P0.05).And the expression of NOS in the rats of Tetramethylpyrazine remedy group was lower than orthopedic group at the point of 3d,7d,and 14d after surgery(P0.05),but there was no difference at 8h,and 1d point(P0.05).Conclusion:Tetramethylpyrazine can effectively inhibit the expression of NOS and IL-1β in rats of acute spinal cord injuries.
