Two Subjects of Developing an Advanced Socialist Culture

实现民族复兴需要发展先进文化。实现民族复兴,是中华民族自1840年鸦片战争以来的一个百年梦想。这个梦想因马克思列宁主义同中国工人运动相结合,自1921年起有了正确前进方向和光明发展前景。这体现出先进思想文化与先进社会力量相结合而产生的伟大力量。我们党紧紧依靠人民完成和推进了三件大事。这三件大事不可逆转地开启了中华民族不断发展壮大、走向伟大复兴的历史进军,还使得我们确立了先进的制度文化并使我们先进的思想文化得以"体系化"。我们党要保持和发展马克思主义政党的先进性,要始终保持开拓前进的精神动力,要始终保持党同人民群众的血肉联系,要始终保持党的蓬勃活力和肌体健康。这使得我们党成为当代中国当之无愧的先进社会力量。我们党坚信马克思主义基本原理是颠扑不破的科学真理,坚信马克思主义理论源泉是实践、发展依据是实践、检验标准是实践,坚信理论上的与时俱进是行动上锐意进取的前提。这说明文化的先进性不仅是一种属性更是一个动态过程。我们要让社会主义先进文化成为马克思主义政党思想精神上的旗帜,要在中国特色社会主义伟大实践中进行文化创造,要推动社会主义先进文化更加深入人心。我们要以高度的文化自觉和文化自信,提高民族素质和塑造高尚人格,增强民族的自尊心、自信心、自豪感,建设中华民族共有的精神家园。要在全社会形成积极向上的精神追求和健康文明的生活方式。文化作为综合国力竞争的重要因素,不仅在于我们是否有创造先进文化的人,而且在于我们能否塑造出人的文化先进性。我们要形成与我国国际地位相对称的文化软实力,要提高中华文化国际影响力。为此,我们要有发展先进文化的紧迫感,要加快文化体制改革,加快构建公共文化服务体系,加快发展文化事业和文化产业。发展先进文化重在发挥文化功能的先进性。我们党在任何时候要建设的文化都是必须能"战胜敌人"的文化;中国共产党文化建设的先进性,在于建设一种能够帮助我们攻坚克难、克敌制胜的文化,这也就我们所说的发挥文化功能的先进性。具体而言,我们党的先进文化建设基本包括先进文化是能解决实际问题、能实现阶段目标、能聚合社会阶层、能树立核心价值、能理顺社会矛盾、能推动经济建设、能促进改革创新、能全面协调发展、能抓住战略机遇、能构建共同利益的文化这十个战略要点。

National revival needs the development of an advanced socialist culture.National revival has been a long-cherished dream since 1840.The dream became to have a right direction and a bright future from the year of 1921,in which Marxism and Leninism began to be combined to labor movement in China.Relying on the mass,Communist Part of China completed three great causes,which irreversibly promoted the advancement of Chinese nation and quickens the step toward a national revival.In addition,the three great causes also established an advanced culture and systemized it.CCP must preserve and develop the advanced character of Marxism party,and keep an explorative and energetic spirit.CCP became an advanced social force in contemporary China.Our party believes that the basic principle of Marxism is an indisputable truth,and believes that practice is the origin of Marxism theory,for development,and believes that the theory advancing with the time is the premise of aggressive action.This suggests that the advanced character of culture is not only an attribute but also a dynamic process.We should make the advanced socialist culture become the spiritual banner of Marxism party.We should renovate culture in the practice of perfecting the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.With a perfect cultural consciousness and confidence,we should improve the citizens＇ quality,foster their noble personality,and build the common spiritual home of Chinese nation.We advocate a healthy and cultivated way of living.We should lift our cultural soft power,and further lift the international influence of Chinese culture.Therefore,we should quicken the step of reform of cultural system,and of constructing a system of public cultural service,and the development of cultural industry.The advanced character of CCP could solve the practical problems,realize the stage goals,converge different social circles,erect a core value,put social conflicts in order,advance the economic construction,promote the reformation,comprehensively harmonize development,and catch the strategic opportunity.
