摘要
合成了由六次甲基四胺与H3PW12O40·nH2O,H4SiW12O40·nH2O和H4GeW12O40·nH2O 形成的具有非线性光学性质的电荷转移盐,并由元素分析,红外光谱,电子光谱进行了表征。结果表明固体中阴阳离子之间存在强的相互作用;非线性光学性质研究表明,三种电荷转移盐的倍频效应分别为KH2PO4(KDP) 的0 .17 ,0 .25 和0 .06 倍;三阶非线性系数分别为6.2 ×10- 13esu,8 .1 ×10 - 13esu和4 .3 ×10 - 13esu。
The charge_transfer salts with nonlinear optical properties have been synthesized on the basis of hexamethyleanamine and the heteropoly acids,H 3PW 12 O 40 · n H 2O,H 4SiW 12 O 40 · n H 2O and H 4GeW 12 O 40 · n H 2O,and characterized by element analysis,IR spectnra and UV spectra.The results show that the there is a strong interaction between the cation and the anion.The results of the second_order nonlinear optical properties show that the SHG of the three kinds of charge_transfer salts are 0.17,0.25 and 0.06 times for KH 2PO 4 (KDP) respectively.The third order susceptibility of the compounds are 6.2×10 -13 esu,8.1×10 -13 esu and 4.3×10 -13 esu.
