热致液晶三元共聚酯酰亚胺的合成与表征 被引量:3

Synthesis and Characterization of Thermotropic Liquid Crystalline Ternary Copoly(ester imide)s

摘要 采用直接熔融缩聚方法由1 ,6 - 己撑- 双(4 - 羟基酞酰亚胺)(BHPI) 、对羟基苯甲酸(PHBA) 和对苯二甲酸(TPA) 合成一系列三元共聚酯酰亚胺。对聚合物进行示差扫描量热(DSC) 、偏光显微镜(PLM) 、广角X- 射线衍射(WAXD) 等分析表征,结果表明该系列聚合物具有向列型液晶特征。 A diphenol containing two internal imide rings and flexible spacers,N,N'_hexane_1,6_diylbis(4_hydroxyphthalimide),was reacted with p _hydroxybenzoc acid and terephthalic acid under the condition of thermal condensation to form a new kind of copoly(ester imide)s.Liquid crystalline behavior of the copoly(ester imide)s have been characterized by polarized light microscopy,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and wide angle X_ray diffraction (WAXD).The results showed that most of the copoly(ester imied)s formed a nematic phase over a wide temperature range above their melt.
