吡啶与脂肪酸在酸性环境中用过二硫酸铵和硝酸银催化，发生自由基烷基化反应，得到产物主要是α－ 单取代吡啶。其结构经ＵＶ、ＩＲ。

The free radical alkylation of pyridine with fatty acids in the presence of acidic solvent,a series of derivatives of α-monosubstitute prydine were synthesized using ammonium persulfate and silver nitrate as catalyst. The structures of these compounds were identified by UV,IR and 1HNMR.
