摘要
针对应用型本科院校实践教学质量监控现状,分析监控过程形式化、评价手段与理论教学雷同化、质量效果偏离预期常态化等主要问题,提出应用型本科人才培养应定位在基层管理岗层面,借鉴企业全面质量管理的思想,实践教学的内容与评价要凸显职业化导向。
By analyzing the situations of quality control of practical teaching in application-oriented undergraduate,the writer finds that the monitor procedure tends to formalism,the forms of evaluation and theoretical teaching were rather identical and the quality was far from satisfactory.In order to solve all these problems,it put forward the idea of overall quality management,that is,strengthen process monitoring of practical teaching.The author argues that application-oriented undergraduate training should be targeted at the grassroots management level and the content and assessment of practice teaching is to highlight the occupational training.
