摘要
自人事代理制度在高校盛行起,人事代理人员的管理问题一直受到高校人事管理者的重视。以心理契约理论为基础,结合高校人事代理人员的特点,提出建立人事代理人员的心理契约的必要性,以一个新的视角探讨他们的管理和激励问题。高校管理者必须注重加强高校与人事代理人员之间的心理契约建设,可采取建立公平的薪酬制度、对人事代理人员的价值认同、完善社会保障体系等策略,从而构建良好的心理契约。
Since the personnel agency prevails in colleges and universities,the personnel manager attaches much importance to the management of personnel agency staff in colleges and universities.Based on the theory of psychological contract,and take the characteristics of personnel agency staffs into account,we put forward the necessary condition of establishing psychological contract in personnel agency staffs,and discuss the methods of managing and encouraging personnel agency staffs in a new angle.The manager of colleges and universities must enhance the construction of psychological contract between colleges and universities and personnel agency staffs.We can take strategies as follows to construct favorable psychological contract:establishing equitable stipendiary system,identifying value with personnel agency staffs,consummating social security system.
