高职高专院校学分制改革过程中的挑战与对策

The Challenges in and Countermeasures to the Reform of Academic Credit System in Vocational Colleges

学分制是以学生个性发展为中心,尊重学生个体差异的柔性管理制度。实施学分制改革是高职高专教学管理模式的重要探索,本文对高职高专院校在学分制发展过程中面临的困难与挑战进行了分析,结合研究成果与实践经验提出了相应的对策。

The credit system is a flexible management system,which regards the development of students＇ personalities as the center,and respects individual differences of students.Implementation of Reformation in Credit System is an important exploration of teaching management model in vocational institutions.This paper analyzed the difficulties and challenges in the process of development of credit system in vocational institutions,and proposed countermeasures,combining research results and practical experience.
