民办学校英语教师自主专业发展状况调查研究

Investigation and Study on English Teachers' Autonomous Professional Development in Private Schools

自主专业发展意识是教师专业发展的前提与保证。本文调查了浙江宁波某民办中学英语教师自主专业发展的状况,分析了该校英语教师自主专业发展过程中存在的种种问题,在问题分析的基础上,作者提出了相应的建议措施,以期对民办学校的英语教师专业发展有所帮助。

The independent consciousness is the precondition and assurance of teachers＇ professional development.In this discourse,the author investigated the situation of the independent professional development of English teachers in one private school in Ningbo,Zhejiang,and analyzed the problems which hinder the development,based on the analysis of the problems,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures,hoping this study can provide some help to the development of English teachers in private schools.
