摘要
学术自由与学术自治是大学古老而永恒的话题。从形式上看,两者的产生具有衔接性。不存在无限制的自由与自治,两者具有一定的局限性。任何国家高等教育的学术自由与学术自治都受到国家权力分配模式的影响。
Academic freedom and academic autonomy are the old and perpetual topics of university.In the eyes of form,they have connection since they came into being.Limitless academic freedom and academic autonomy are nonexistent.Both of them have definite limitation.The model of nation＇s power allocation has effect on both of them.
