洛伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭160例疗效观察

The effect observation on Lovastatin in the treatment of 160 patients with congestive heart failure

目的:研究洛伐他汀(Lovastatin)对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的治疗效果。方法:选择慢性心力衰竭(心衰)患者160例,采用随机对照研究方法将其分为对照组(80例)和治疗组(80例),对照组给予常规强心、利尿、扩血管等抗心衰治疗;治疗组除给予常规抗心衰治疗外,加用洛伐他汀片。对治疗前后两组患者的临床症状和心脏彩超指标的变化情况进行比较、分析。结果:经16周治疗后两组患者临床症状及心功能分级较治疗前均有所改善,治疗组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者心脏彩超显示左室舒张末内径(LVED)与左室收缩末内径(LVES)较治疗前均有所缩小,左室射血分数(LVEF)均有所提高,治疗组较对照组改变更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者在给予常规强心、利尿、扩血管等抗心衰药物治疗基础上加用洛伐他汀可进一步改善患者心功能,且能改善患者预后。

Objective： To study the effects observation on Lovastatin in the treatment of patients with congestive heart failure.Methods： 160 patients with congestive heart failure（CHF） were divided into control group（80 cases） and treatment group（80 cases）.The control group was given conventional treatment with stronging heart,diuresis,enlarging blood vessels and so on;the treatment group was given conventional treatment with Lovastatin based on the conventional treatment.Before and after the treatment,clinical symptoms and index of cardiac color sonography of two groups were compared.Results： The symptoms and the grade of NYHA had shown some improvement after the treatment of 16 weeks.The treatment group was higher than that of the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.The left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVED） and the left ventricular end systolic diameter（LVES） of two groups had lessened than that before the treatment,but the left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） had risen,the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： The heart functions of the patients with CHF are further improved after the treatment with Lovastatin based on the conventional treatment such as stronging heart,diuresis,enlarging blood vessels adding,and prognosis is improved also.
