摘要
目的:比较成人和儿童ALL7种常见融合基因表达的差异。方法:利用RT-PCR技术检测7种常见融合基因。结果:在233例成人ALL中62例融合基因检测阳性,其中BCR/ABL31例,MLL相关19例,E2A/PBX1、SIL/TAL1各5例,SET/CAN、TLS/ERG各1例,未检出TEL/AML1阳性病例;在215例初诊儿童ALL中35例检测阳性,其中BCR/ABL3例,E2A/PBX18例,MLL相关11例,SIL/TAL15例,TEL/AML16例,TLS/ERG2例,未检出SET/CAN阳性病例。成人ALL中BCR/ABL最为常见,而在儿童ALL中表达较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),MLL相关融合基因、E2A/PBX1、SIL/TAL1、TEL/AML1、SET/CAN、TLS/ERG等在成人和儿童表达差异不显著。结论:成人和儿童ALL融合基因表达各有侧重,在初诊时进行快速检测可进行较为准确的分型。
Objective To compare the expressions of 7 kinds of fusion genes in adults and children with ALL. Methods RT-PCR method was used to detect the expressions of 7 kinds of fusion genes in adults and children with ALL. Results In 233 cases of adult ALL, fusion genes was positively expressed in 62 cases, in which 31 cases with BCR/ABL, 19 cases with MLL-related fusion gene, 5 cases with E2A/PBX1, 5 with SIL/ TALl, 1 case with SET/CAN, and 1 cases with TLS/ERG. In 215 cases of children ALL, fusion genes was positively expressed in 35 cases, in which 3 cases with BCR/ABL, 8 cases with E2A/PBX1, 11 cases with MLL-related fusion gene, 5 cases with SIL/TAL1, 6 cases with TEL/AML1, and 2 cases with TLS/ERG. The expression of BCR/ABL in adult with ALL patients was different from that in children (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There were different biological characteristics between adults and children with ALL. BCR/ABL was the most common fusion gene involved in adult ALL patients, while E2A/PBX1 was the most common fusion gene in children with ALL.
