摘要
患者男．51岁，主因胸闷2h入院。既往无高血压、心脏病、糖尿病史。发病前整夜打麻将。于2h前突然出现胸闷、上腹部憋胀感，并腰背部不适感，无明显胸痛，不向他处放射．并晕厥，持续30min神志转清，伴全身大汗，无头晕、头痛，恶心未呕吐，在家未于任何处理来院。查体：BP110／70mmHg神志清楚，言语流利，口唇无发绀，
