Nanog在大鼠心肌梗死后组织表达的变化

摘要 目的:研究nanog在心肌梗死后心肌组织表达的变化,为急性心肌缺血的临床治疗和研究提供形态学依据。方法:健康雄性SD大鼠20只,随机分心肌缺血组(即模型组,n=10)和假手术组(n=10)通过免疫荧光及Western blot等技术方法,比较两组间心肌组织细胞nanog蛋白的表达。结果:(1)荧光染色结果显示:假手术组心肌细胞中nanog蛋白均为阴性表达,模型组心肌细胞中nanog蛋白大部分为弱阳性表达。(2)Western blot结果显示模型组心肌组织nanog蛋白表达显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:nanog蛋白对于急性心肌缺血后的心肌修复具有一定保护作用。 Objective To provide morphological evidences for clinical therapy and research of acute myocardial isehemic by investigating the change of nanog's expression in cardiac tissue after myocardial infarction in rats. Methods Twenty SD healthy male rats were randomized into myocardial ischemic group (model group, n = 10) and sham operation group (n = 10). Expression of nanog protein in rats' cardiac tissue was measured by immunofluoreseence and Western blot. Results Immunofluorescenee results showed that nanog protein was negatively expressed in sham group, while that was weakly expressed in model group. Weatern blot results showed that the expression of nanog protein in model group was significantly higher than that in sham group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Nanog peotein may play a role in the post-isehemia myocardium repairing.
