摘要 目的:研究乳腺癌患者干细胞标记物ALDH1与乳腺癌的相关性。方法:通过免疫组化的方法研究58例乳腺癌患者ALDH1表达与肿瘤特点的相关性。结果:乳腺癌患者31%ALDH1表达阳性,69%表达阴性;ALDH1表达与病理学分级相关;与ER、PR阴性表达相关;与其他诸如年龄、淋巴结数目、ki-67表达等无明显相关性。结论:乳腺癌干细胞标记物ALDH1在乳腺癌患者中具有高表达,与乳腺癌肿瘤细胞的一些特点具有相关性,但仍需要一些研究进一步阐明他们与乳腺癌之间的关系。 Objective To investigate the relationships beteen stem cells surface marker-aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 (ALDH1)expressed in the breast cancer and other characteristics of breast cancer. Methods 58 paraffin-embedded breast carcinoma samples by immunohistochemical methods were internalized in the study. Results In total, 18 samples (31%) expressed ALDHj, whereas 40 samples (69%)expressed negetive; Expression of ALDH1 was correlated with high histological grade (P 〈 0.05), oestrogen receptor (ER) negativity (P 〈 0.05), progesterone receptor(PR) negativity (P 〈 0.05); but was not correlated with other characteristics such as ages, nods, expreeesion of ki-67. Conclusion There was high expression of ALDHt in breast carcinomas with high histological grade and hormone receptor negative and the higher expression of ALDH1 might indicate the more aggressiveness in the breast carcinomas. Further studies are required to clarified more significance between the expression of ALDH1 and biological behaviour of breast carcinomas.
