慢性阻塞性肺疾病左室舒张功能的超声心动图研究

Echocardiographic study on left ventricular diastolic function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)与左室舒张功能的关系。方法:对60例稳定期COPD患者(COPD组)及20例健康人(正常对照组)行肺功能检查、超声心动图检查。结果:与正常对照组相比,COPD组左室等容舒张时间延长(P<0.05),E/A下降(P<0.05),E峰减速时间延长(P<0.05);两组受检者左室内径(LVSD、LVDD)、室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度等指标无显著意义。结论:COPD与左室舒张功能下降有关。

Objective To explore the relationship between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） and the left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. Methods Sixty patients with stable COPD（COPD group） and 20 healthy control subjects（control group） received echoeardiography and pulmonary function test. Results Left ventricular isovolumic relaxation time and mitral deceleration time were increased （both P 〈 0.05）, and E/A was decreased （P 〈 0,05） in COPD group, as compared to those in control group. There was no significant difference in interventricular systolic thickness, posterior wall thickness, left ventrieular systolic diameter, left ventricular diastolic diameter between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion COPD may be related to the decreased left ventricular diastolic function.
