端粒长度与心脑血管疾病 被引量:1

摘要 心脑血管疾病的发病年龄、进展速度甚至临床预后存在明显的个体差异,而且这个差异不能完全用传统的危险因素来解释。研究发现包括冠心病、慢性心衰、脑梗死等年龄相关性疾病的患者端粒明显缩短。另外,传统的心脑血管疾病危险因素也都加速或伴有端粒的缩短。我们有必要考虑生物学年龄作为心脑血管疾病的参与因素。端粒作为生物学年龄的标志,
