间充质干细胞与类风湿关节炎 被引量：2

摘要 类风湿关节炎（RA）是以炎症攻击关节滑膜导致关节破坏的慢性全身性疾病，其破坏性损害来自于自身抗体介导的超敏反应以及非抗原特异性炎症反应。目前RA的治疗药物主要包括非甾体抗炎药物（NSAIDs）、慢作用抗风湿药（DMSARDs）以及生物制剂等。DMSARDs可以有效抑制RA的影像学进展，但是其治疗作用产生比较慢，并且常能引起胃肠道副作用，少数有肾脏损害、骨髓抑制、精神障碍。
