数控机床故障预测与健康管理系统关键技术研究探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为提高数控机床的使用效率及使用寿命,必须构建故障预测与健康管理系统。现概述了故障预测和健康管理系统,以及影响PHM系统应用的关键技术,并提出PHM关键技术的具体实施方案,对实现机床故障的提前预测和剩余寿命计算具有重要的实践意义。
