载脂蛋白A5与甘油三酯代谢及胰岛素抵抗的关系

摘要 近年来高甘油三酯(HTG)所致的脂毒性已引起广泛关注,其可引起并加重胰岛素抵抗(IR),使胰岛素的生物学效应降低。而载脂蛋白A5(ApoA5)可降低血浆甘油三酯(TG)水平。目前对于ApoA5与TG的关系仍存在争议,ApoA5调节血脂代谢的机制尚未阐明。明确ApoA5与TG代谢及IR的关系可能会对揭示脂代谢、糖尿病的发病机制有一定帮助。 Lipo-toxicity which be caused by hypertriglyceridemia(HTG) has attracted many atten- tions at recent. HTG can cause and aggravate insulin resistance, decrease the biological effect of insulin. Apo- lipoprotein A5 can decrease plasma triglyceride level. At present there are some disputions about the relation- ship of apolipoprotein A5 and triglyceride. The mechanisms of apolipoprotein A5 regulating plasma lipid metabolism have not be illuminated. If the relationship among apolipoprotein A5, triglyceride and insulin resistance will be identified, it may be helpful for revealing the pathogenesis of lipid metabolism and diabetes mellitus.
