摘要
将ABR和BAF组合工艺应用于高浓度有机工业废水,实验中对比了膜法ABR和泥法ABR的COD去除效率及其氨氮变化规律;BAF工艺对比了HRT=3 h和HRT=4.5 h时COD和氨氮的降解效果。结果表明,在进水流量为2 L/h,进水COD在1 350~2 220 mg/L之间、氨氮在15~73 mg/L范围时,在ABR装置中放置填料,其对COD平均去除率为81.6%,而此时氨氮浓度成倍增加,后续BAF工艺采用双柱进行好氧降解,其HRT=4.5 h,整个组合工艺出水COD<100mg/L,氨氮<15 mg/L,达到了国家一级排放标准。
ABR and BAF combined technology was employed for the high concentration organic industrial wastewater.The removal efficiency of COD and the change rule of ammonia nitrogen were compared between membrane ABR and sludge ABR.The degradation efficiency of COD and ammonia nitrogen was distinguished from BAF at HRT=3 h and HRT=4.5 h.The results showed that in the membrane ABR,COD average removal efficiency was 81.6%,ammonia nitrogen concentration was multiplied when the influent volume,COD,ammonia nitrogen were 2 L/h,1 350~2 220 mg/L,15~73 mg/L,respectively.With aerobic degradation in the following double BAF column,the effluent COD and ammonia nitrogen were below 100 mg/L and 15 mg/L at HRT=4.5 h,which meet the first standards of "Integrated Wasterwater Discharge Standard(8978-1996)".
