Fe/AC catalyst for catalytic wet peroxide oxidation of coking wastewater

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了负载型Fe/AC催化剂,通过比表面积、热重等方法对其进行了表征,并以焦化废水中的主要污染物苯酚、喹啉、氨氮为研究对象进行催化湿式过氧化氢氧化处理(CWPO),考察了Fe/AC催化剂的制备条件和CW-PO处理工艺条件对Fe/AC催化剂的稳定性和催化活性的影响。结果表明:催化剂活性组分的负载量、焙烧温度、初始pH值、氧化剂(H2O2)用量对催化剂的催化活性和稳定性有较大影响。铁负载量2%,300℃下焙烧4h制备的Fe/AC催化剂,在进水pH=5,30%H2O2加入量为1.8 mL时废水COD去除率可达96.5%,且活性组分离子溶出量小。 Activated carbon-supported Fe catalysts(Fe/AC) were prepared by incipient impregnation for CWPO,and the catalysts were charactered by surface area and TG.Phenol,quinoline,NH3-N,which were the main contaminants in coking waster,were treated by CWPO.The preparation of Fe/AC catalyst and the process of CWPO has been investgated.The results show that the loading of Fe,the calcination temperature,the initial pH and the amount of the oxidant(H2O2) greatly influenced the catalyst's stability and the catalytic activity.When the loading Fe is 2%,the calcination temperature is 300 ℃ for 4 h,H2O2 dose is 1.8 mL,the COD removal can reach 96.8%.The Fe/AC as the catalyst for CWPO showed high stability in ion leaching.
