高校食品科学与工程专业新生研讨课教学研究初探

摘要 结合开设新生研讨课的探索,针对高校食品专业为社会培养自主创新型研究人才的目标,探讨了基于研究的学习型本科教学对提高学生研究能力和综合素质的具体影响。并对食品专业开设新生研讨课进行了经验总结。
