摘要
社会工作实践教学环节需要有意识引导学生主动参与计划设计、决策定向选择,培养和有效地激发学生的创造力和想象力,作为集体、定性决策的名义群体法能很好的调动学生的参与积极性以及提高他们的实际操作能力。
The teaching of social work practice needs to consciously direct students to actively participate in plan designing and decision selecting,so as to develop and effectively stimulate students' creativity and imagination.With the function of collective and qualitative decision-making,the nominal group technique can well mobilize students' participation enthusiasm and improve their practical abilities.
