成人氟骨症的脊柱MRI表现初探

Initial Approach of Spinal MRI Findings in Adult Patients with Skeletal Fluorosis

目的：阐述成年氟骨症患者的脊柱ＭＲＩ表现，探讨ＭＲＩ在氟骨症中的诊断价值。方法：收集５ 例成年中度氟骨症患者，使用０ ．５Ｔ 超导磁共振机行矢状ＳＥ 序列Ｔ１ ＷＩ和ＦＳＥ 序列Ｔ２ ＷＩ及横断ＦＥ 序列扫描。结果：３ 例表现为椎体信号减低，４ 例可见黄韧带增厚或骨化，４ 例可见椎间盘膨出或突出，２ 例可见前纵韧带增厚，４ 例可见脊髓受压。结论：氟骨症显示的椎体信号改变、韧带增厚对其诊断有价值，所示脊髓受压情况可为手术提供依据。

Purpose:To study the spinal MRI findings of adult patients with skeletal fluorosis,and approach the diagnostic velue of MRI in fluorosis .methods:The authors collected five adult patients with skeletal fluorosis.All MR imagings were obtained by a 0.5T Picker superconducting system.Sagittal T1WI of SE sequence and T2WI of FSE sequence and transversal FE sequence imagings were obtained. Result:Low intensity signal of vertebrae have been seen in 3patients.Thickening of ligmentum flavum have been found in 4 patients. Enlargment or protrusion of intervertebral discs have beeen found in 4 patients.Enlargment of anterior longitudinal ligament have been seen in 2 patients.And spine cord were compressed in four patients.Conclusion:MR imagings of skeletal fluorosis may appear signal changes of vertebral body,thickening of ligment,etc. These findings have diagnostic velue of skeletal fluorosis.The condition of compression in spine cord may supply the foundation of surgical therapy.
