摘要
为对产品的公差进行优化设计,提出了综合考虑各零部件制造过程中的加工成本、加工过程能量消耗和加工过程废弃物的公差设计方法。提出了加工时间与公差的函数关系,在此基础上建立了加工成本—公差模型、加工能耗—公差模型、加工废物—公差模型。在综合考虑公差与成本、能耗、废物之间关系的基础上,建立了基于多目标的公差优化分配模型。为了提高模型的计算精度,采用迭代方法计算封闭环的相对分布系数,再根据封闭环的相对分布系数确定各组成环的公差。通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。
To optimize the tolerance design,a new method was proposed,in which the cost,energy consumption and waste during machining process were taken into consideration.The functional relationship between machining time and tolerance was proposed.Then three models were established,which were machining cost-tolerance model,the energy consumption-tolerance model and the waste-tolerance model.Based on consideration of relationship between tolerance and cost,energy consumption and waste,a multiple objectives tolerance optimization design model was established.To improve the computational accuracy of model,an iterative method was presented to calculate the relative distribution coefficient of closed loop,and the tolerance of each component was determined.An example was used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
