摘要
为解决有限需求信息下的单周期产品库存协调问题,运用信息熵相关理论研究了单周期产品数量折扣机制。运用极大熵准则对需求分布进行了预测,探讨了由一个供应商和一个零售商组成的二级供应链中的独立库存决策和联合库存决策,并研究了供应商的数量折扣机制。为整体优化供应链系统,在定义决策熵权的基础上,提出了基于决策熵权的数量折扣机制。该机制以联合决策为基础,使系统利益最大化,增加了协调机制的有效性;同时,该机制既考虑了协调前双方的可能收益,又考虑了双方的市场竞争能力,提高了协调机制的可行性。
To solve the inventory coordination problem of single-period products under partial demand information,single period products quantity discount scheme based on information entropy was studied.The maximum entropy criterion was applied to forecast the demand distribution.The independent inventory decision and the integrated inventory decision in a supply chain with a retailer and a supplier were discussed,and the quantity discount scheme of supplier was studied.To achieve overall optimization of supply chain system,a quantity discount scheme based on the decision-making entropy-weight was put forward.Based on the integrated decision,this scheme realized maximum system profits and increasing efficiency.Feasibility of the scheme was improved by considering both the possible profit of the two parties before coordination and their marketing competitiveness.
