不同海拔地区战士双肾形态的超声观察 被引量:3

ULTRASONIC STUDY OF RENES IN HEALTHY SOLDIERS AT VARIOUS ALTITUDE

摘要 目的:观察低氧环境条件下生活是否引起肾脏体积改变。方法:从平原地区入伍到高原生活6个月以上,且尿生化异常的战士105 人,其中西宁地区组(海拔2 260m )50 人,海晏地区新兵组(海拔3 200m )21 人,海晏地区老兵组(入伍1 年~3 年)34 人。对照组为北京地区(海拔31.2m )从平原入伍6 个月而尿生化正常战士41 名。超声观察双肾体积,并排除测试对象因体表面积大小对肾脏体积的影响。结果:肾脏体积各组间对比无显著差异。结论:高原缺氧可致肾小球及肾小管的损害而出现尿生化异常[2],但并未引起肾脏体积的改变。 To observe the morphologic changes of renes of healthy soldiers under condition of different altitud.Methods:Four groups of study were performed:(1)Beijing group served as control.(2)Xining group(50 cases) in which the soldiers were exposed to 2 260m altitude from sea level for 6 months.(3)Haiyan new group in which the soldiers were exposed to 3 200m altitude from sea level for 6 months.(4)Haiyan old group in which the soldiers were exposed to altitude for 1 to 3 years.(4)Haiyan old group in which the soldiers were exposed to altltude for to 3 years from sea level.The subjects were examined on morphologic (volum)changes of renes by ultrasonography.Results and conclusions:The volum of renes of subjects were not changed between groups under condition of high altitude.$$$$
