ICP-MS法测定藏药智托洁白丸中微量元素

Determination of the trace elements in Grubthobrildkr by ICP-MS

目的:建立藏药智托洁白丸中微量元素含量的测定方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,以铑为内标,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定样品中Cr、Mn、Ni、Co、Cu、Zn、As、Pb、Fe、Se等10种微量元素的含量。结果:该方法对各元素的检出限为0.003～0.093μg·g^(-1),加标回收率在96～106%之间,国家标准物质茶标(GBW07404)和杨树叶(GBW07405)的测定值与标准值基本吻合。结论:方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,可以用于测定智托洁白丸中微量元素的含量。

Objective： Estabhshed the method for determination of the trace elements in Grubthobrildkr. Methods： A method was studied for the assay of ten trace elements such as Cr, Mn, Ni, Co, Cu, Zn, As, Pb, Fe and Se in Grubthobrildkr by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （ICP-MS） with Rh as internal standard. Results： Detection limits for above elements were 0.003-0.093 μg？g-1, with the recoveries were 96-106%. The results obtained showed close agreement with the national standard substances of tea leaves （GBW07404） and poplar leaves （GBW07dO5）. Conclusion： The method is fast, accurate and reliable, which can be used to determinate the contents of trace elements in Grubthobrildkr.
