以股骨近端转移为首发症状的肾嫌色细胞癌1例报道

摘要 肾嫌色细胞癌（chromophobe renalcell carcinoma,CRCC）是原发性肾癌中较为少见的一种类型,具有特殊的形态学和遗传学表现,约占肾细胞癌的5.5%,预后较好,5年生存率86.7%~100%[1]。我院骨科发现1例以股骨近端转移为首发症状的肾嫌色细胞癌,现报告如下。
