摘要
目的 :探讨胃恶性肿瘤患者氨基酸代谢变化的特征 ,为胃恶性肿瘤氨基酸失衡疗法提供理论依据。方法 :采用 Beckman- 630 0高效氨基酸自动分析仪 ,检测 41例胃恶性肿瘤病人及 41例健康人血清有中 1 9种游离氨基酸的含量。结果 :41例胃恶性肿瘤患者血清总游离氨基酸较健康对照组有降低趋势 ,但无统计学意义 ( P>0 .0 5) ,而单个氨基酸中组氨酸明显升高 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :胃恶性肿瘤病人血清游离氨基酸谱无特征改变。
Objective:To investigate the characteristic alterations of amino acids in the patients with gastric malignant neoplasm, prove the theoretic evidence of the amino acid imbalance treatment to gastric malignant neoplasm Methods:41 samples of serum and tumor tissue collected from the patients with gastric malignant neoplasm were individuall analyzed to determine 19free amino acids with Beckman 6300 High Performance Analyzer and were compared these data with normal controls Results:Contents of serum free amino acid in 41 patients with gastric malignant tumor showed decreasing trend comparing normal controls although no significance was found ( P>0 05 ) The concentration of histidine in 41 patients with gastric malignant neoplasm were significantly increased comparing normal controly( P <0 01) Conclusion:This study suggests that serum free amino acid of patients with gastric malignant tumor have no characteristic change The changes of serum free amino acid might reflect metabolic disorder of amino acid of patients with gastric malignant tumor
