摘要
目的 :调查天津医科大学生心理卫生状况 ,研究其群体特点和发展规律。方法 :连续 3a用《90项症状自评量表》( SCL- 90 )调查 2 549名医科大学生 ,以“因子分标准”( 1项因子分≥ 1 )筛查阳性个体 ,并进行总症状指数 ( GSI)和因子分三年比较。结果 :1 996、1 997和 1 998年医科大学生心理卫生阳性率分别为 37.6%、2 9.2 %和 2 3.5% ,呈逐年下降趋势 ,因子分前 3位均是“强迫症状”、“人际关系敏感”和“偏执”。结论 :大学生心理教育得到了社会的广泛关注 ,但形势依然严峻 。
Objective: To investigate the psychological status, character and developing rule of Tianjin Medical University students Methods: 2549 students were investigated with SCL 90 in consecutive three years, screened positive individuals and compared with each other by GSI and factor score Results: The positive rates of mental health of Tianjin Medical University students in 96, 97, 98 were 37 6%, 29 2% and 23 5%, respectively It showed the decreasing trend The major reasons of mental problems in Tianjin Medical University students were Obsessive compulsive, Sensitivity between people and Paranoiel ideation Conclusion: The psychological education of university students had been paid more attention, but the mental health of university students were still a very important problem
