This article analyses the impacts of the implementation of controlling the total amount of carbon emissions in Shenzhen,including impacts on economic gross,energy structure,industrial structure,technological innovation,export as well as employment.It proposes that carbon emissions control is of great advantages in accelerating the transition of economic growth mode and ensuring the sustainable development of economy,society and environment.
