摘要
本文以湘西永顺县为例,对欠发达地区的资源禀赋状况、工业发展状况、工业结构、碳排放量、碳排放趋势等因素进行了调查,对其发展低碳经济的优劣势进行了比较分析,并就选择适合欠发达地区低碳经济发展的路径进行了研究。
Taking Yongshun as an example,this paper investigates the developing regions of natural resources,industrial development,industrial structure,carbon emissions and other factors,and analyses their advantages and disadvantages on low carbon economy development,gives the path selection of low-carbon economic development in the less developed regions.
