基于IRMCF341的无位置传感器异步电机控制系统的研究

摘要 针对异步电机变频控制问题,提出一种基于IRMCF341的无位置传感器异步电机控制系统,采用了通过测量负直流母线上的电流来估算转子位置的方法和PID控制策略。本系统经实际开发测试,其结果表明,该软硬件方案及无位置传感器方法是可行的,不仅获得良好的性能和可靠性,同时也简化了电路设计和电路体积,降低噪声。 A whole sensorless control design system for frequency control asynchronous motor based on IRMCF341 are proposed in this paper.Calculate the rotor's position by the current from negative dc bus.After researching and developing,it is proved that hardware and software of this system in reason.It can save space,obtain perfect performance,high reliability,and reduce noise.
