摘要
基于组织绩效和组织学习理论,提出学习绩效观的概念并对其维度和组织绩效类型进行探索和验证。首先演绎了绩效维度的研究进展,指出绩效获取不确定性的原因,由此引出绩效与组织学习的关联逻辑;在理论分析的基础上提出学习绩效观并对其维度和组织绩效类型进行探索;然后通过对几十家大型企业的问卷调查,运用因子分析法对学习绩效观各维度进行分析,并检测了样本企业的绩效类型。
Based on organizational performance and organizational learning theory,this study proposed the concept of performance view embedded by learning,explored and measured its dimensions and organization performance types.Firstly,we interpreted the progress of performance dimension,pointed out the reason of uncertainty of the access to performance,and thus leads to the relationship between performance and organizational learning.Based on the theoretical analysis,the study proposed the concept of performance view embedded by learning and explored its dimensions;Then,through dozens of large enterprises survey,we used factor analysis method to analyze each dimension of the performance,and explored the performance types of corporations in the sample.
